Possible Cause#1
Adhesive stuck to heater coils 

Solution Set#1

  1. Clean off heater coils

  2. If applicable replace heaters (check serial number in serial tracking for QR heaters)

  3. Replace launcher

Round came unseated

  1. Clean inside of launcher and check detents



Possible Cause#3
Coils pulled away from heater

Solution Set#3
  1. If applicable replace heaters (check serial number in serial tracking for QR heaters)
  2. Replace launcher if not equipped with QR heaters
