It'll happen to us all, forgot your password, maybe your caps lock was on? or you copy\paste it with a space in the beginning or end. Anyways check out the video or PDF to reset your password.

Username and Password are case\keystroke sensitive, DO NOT copy & paste, if you try it 4 times and no luck STOP, reset your password!
