Possible Cause#1
Console was  wired backwards/incorrectly

  1. Failed to hard park when in training mode (all connections flowed with the movement of the Launcher so nothing was preventing it from moving)

  2. System blew the 20 amp fuse to the PCM/PCR, which was replaced
