Screws loose on Door Cover

  1. Check and tighten screws on Door

Round flips after being deployed

  1. Round hit door during deployment

  2. Officer did "hard braking" during deployment 

  3. Glue/debris in Launcher Barrel

Round did not shoot far

  1. Check Launcher Barrel for glue/debris 
  2. Pressure Switch Manifold may need replaced

Round shoots over trunk of vehicle
