Screws loose on Door Cover

  1. Check and tighten screws on Door

Round flips after being deployed

  2. Officer did "hard braking" during deployment 

  3. Glue/debris in Launcher Barrel

Round did not shoot far

  2. Pressure Switch Manifold may need replaced
