Possible Cause#1
GPS rounds faulty

Solution Set#1

  1. Confirm PST lights on Control Panel are lit

  2. Confirm vehicle is parked in clear view to ensure unobstructed view to satellite

  3. Drive vehicle to see if satellite will lock in (may take up to an hour if initial satellite connection is missed)

  4. After completing steps and a few hours have passed-replace GPS round with a new one
