Mapping (CoreView)
Our mapping
application CoreView is entirely web based and requires no special ports to be
opened on your networking appliance. The application communicates securely using
port 443. If you are blocking access to certain webpages & services, we
recommend you make a wild card entry in your network appliance to allow inbound
& outbound traffic from the following website / service:
Support
Services & Communication
The primary
forms of support we provide are email and telephone. There are now whitelisting
recommendations for telephone-based communication. As far as email, we recommend
you make a wild card entry in your network appliance to allow inbound & outbound
traffic from the following website / service:

Summary
As we discussed,
