Launcher Door Not Securing

Possible Cause#1
Door heater damaged

Solution Set#1
  1.  Inspect Door for heater damage
    1. Confirm launcher equipped with Quick Release Heaters (QRH)
    2. If equipped with QRH, replace heater.
      1. See StarChase QR Heaters Installation Manual in attachments
  2. If not equipped with QRH, Replace launcher


Possible Cause#2
Latch interference 

Solution Set#2

  1. Check for obstructions interfering with silver door latch moving up

  2. Damaged Latch

    1. Replace launcher

Possible Cause#3
Lost memory in Stepper 

Solution Set#3

  1. Put in training mode and hard park it
