  1. Check all power fuses

  2. Check all connections and wiring

  3. Check power from PCM/PCR-including disconnecting grey Delphi and checking power at the connector

    1. Orange Wire - 12VDC

    2. Black Wire - Ground

    3. Red Wire - 5VDC

  4. Replace PCM/PCR
